Paint-Out & Exhibit at Fort Snelling
Sign up to paint and exhibit at Historic Fort Snelling. Painters are invited to paint the building, costumed interpreters, and surrounding landscape from 8:30am to 4pm on Saturday, October 3. Paintings may be left for public display until a closing reception on Thursday, October 22 from 4-6pm. Admission and parking for registered artists are free.

Paint-Out at Lowry Nature Center (Carver Park Reserve)
Join us for a plein air paint-out at the Lowry Nature Center at Carver Park Reserve, hosted by OPM Member Laurel Sundberg in collaboration with the Three Rivers Park District.
Paint-Out, Tour, & Exhibit at Metro Water Resource Recovery
Join us for a special paint-out including an exclusive tour of the largest water treatment plant in Minnesota, commemorating a 100 year long initiative to clean up the Mississippi by ensuring that all metro-area effluent discharge is clean when it enters the river. Operated by the environmental division of the Met Council, the Metro Water Resource Recovery Unit is a sprawling campus in downtown St Paul with a fascinating history. Bring a lunch and enjoy painting at the falls where clean water flows into the river. You may leave your painting for display and sale for a two-week period. Our host intends to select a painting to purchase for their permanent collection. Limited to 25 participants, first come, first served.
Plein Air Grand Marais Public Art Reception
After an exciting week of painting around Cook County, artists will exhibit, share, and sell artworks created during Plein Air Grand Marais. Awards from Judge Lisa K. Stauffer will be presented at 6 p.m. Open to the public, all are welcome!
