As part of an exciting opening weekend of the Minnesota Plein Air Collective exhibition at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum, join us for casual organized paint-outs around the Winona area all weekend long!
For this first one, we’ll gather in the museum’s outdoor gardens to paint anywhere on the museum grounds. This paint-out will follow a bring-your-own lunch after Nelia Harper French’s morning workshop and demonstration. Stay after the paint-out for the museum’s opening reception for Myths & Legends of Minnesota: An Exhibition of the Minnesota Plein Air Collective.
Note: For these events, museum access is free for OPM members and exhibiting MPAC artists. Additional guests will need to pay museum admission.
Registration
Paint-outs are open to all OPM members and their guests. Participants are not required to register, but it's helpful so we can communicate any last minute changes to locations or weather cancellations. Participants may arrive any time during the duration of the paint-out, but keep in mind that painters will migrate to painting locations once the paint-out begins.
