CANCELLATION POLICY: Juror Workshop registration may be cancelled by the participant and refunded in full (minus PayPal fee) until August 31, 2025. After that date, payments are considered a non-refundable donation to Outdoor Painters of Minnesota, a 501c3 charitable nonprofit. If OPM must cancel the workshop, payments will be refunded in full.

Saturday 9/13/2025 $100.00 9:00AM – 2:00PM Lunch Included Location: Artists Point gravel parking lot behind the Coast Guard Station, Grand Marais, MN All skill levels, any medium. This workshop will offer hands-on, individualized instruction with Neil Sherman - winner of the 2024 PAGM Best Body of Work grand prize and nationally acclaimed plein air painter of the northern wilds. Neil has ventured far into the BWCAW, by canoe and on skis, to capture the unique qualities of sky, water, and boreal forest in all seasons. His studied approach to composition, value, and chroma offers an opportunity for students to gain greater understanding and increase problem-solving skills when confronting all of Nature's complexity with a paintbrush. OPM will buy lunch for delivery, taking into account participants' food preferences and restrictions. Weather permitting, the group can be outside the Rec Hall using the picnic tables or inside at activity tables. |
